America First Legal seeks motivated and mission-aligned second- and third-year law students to work as law clerks for the 2023 Summer semester.
Summer law clerks will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in cutting edge areas of the law. Clerks will work on matters across AFL’s litigation portfolio that are at the forefront of public policy debates. Clerks will also assist with AFL’s oversight mission and gain valuable experience using various oversight tools to inform the debates that will shape the nation’s future.
