The Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade last year reignited concerns about how data collected by mobile devices can be used to invade privacy and monitor the activities of those seeking an abortion.
Let’s get one thing straight here: everyone is entitled to privacy when it comes to information about their health care, including abortion. Your privacy should not come under threat if you’ve had an abortion or seek one.
Dem AGs understand that abortion is a privacy issue. That’s why they are working alongside state legislatures to protect your personal information and keep it away from extremist Republicans hellbent on restricting your freedoms.
Here’s the deal, friend: Republicans are eager to use any tools at their disposal to try to restrict abortion access and further undermine our rights. We can’t afford to let people like that become AGs anywhere, especially in states where abortion access is already threatened or restricted.
We know for a fact that we can count on Dem AGs to protect your private information and fight back against radicals who want to monitor your personal activities.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and we can't stop now – will you chip in today?
