The bill now goes to the Senate floor. Civil rights lawsuits have long been used as a weapon against our communities. This meant that nobody could force religious doctors to perform abortions, transgender mutilation surgeries, assisted suicides, or other practices that went against their faith. But now, Biden's team wants to remove this rule. This would mean that you could get fired for refusing to do a procedure that goes against your beliefs.
