This week in Congress, I introduced the "Ukraine Fatigue Resolution," which calls for the United States to halt additional military and financial aid to Ukraine and urges all combatants to reach a peace agreement. If passed, the Resolution would express the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States must end its military and financial aid to Ukraine and urges all combatants to reach a peace agreement.
Since the onset of the war last February, the United States has been the top contributor of military equipment and aid to Ukraine, sending over $110 Billion of taxpayer money to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, including an additional $2 Billion in aid announced on February 3rd.
I am joined by the following original co-sponsors on the "Ukraine Fatigue" Resolution: Rep. REP. GAETZ WRITES LETTER TO JOE BIDEN ON DEBT CEILING SOLUTION
As the United States approaches the brink of untenable debt levels, something must be done to fix this now. Four members of Congress—Reps. Ralph Norman (SC-05), Andy Biggs (AZ-05), Dan Bishop (NC-09), and Lauren Boebert (CO-03)—joined the letter I sent to Joe Biden, urging him to enact work requirements as a feature of welfare reforms.
In a 10-year period, commonsense welfare reform could save the United States billions of dollars. Most of all, structural reforms to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) will better position funding for people in need while incentivizing able-bodied people to return to the workforce. These incentives will prevent the condemnation of SNAP beneficiaries to a life of dependency; instead, incentives will restore their dignity.
Irresponsible government spending has made the national debt crisis worse. We must work together to address it. Text of the full letter sent to President Biden can be found HERE.

Democrats brought a lobbyist representing Google, Pfizer, and George Soros to tell us the government is not weaponized against our people. That's like bringing in Joe Biden to teach your comprehension and cognition class or Chris Christie to do your weight loss planning!
We are not trying to trash agencies like the FBI but rescue them from political capture. If we decentralize the power outside of Washington, D.C., we can start to vindicate the FBI's true, honorable, and just purpose without falling victim to political capture.
We are just starting to learn all the different features of shadow banning the effort to shape political thought through censorship in this country. I want an FBI that stops the bad guys from committing crimes and holds them accountable. Not an FBI and DOJ that's trying to shape the political thought of our fellow Americans.

In a House Armed Services Committee hearing, I asked Admiral Harry Harris Jr. the following question: if we had $100 Billion to dedicate to China deterrence, in which domain would it be the smartest investment - space, cyber, or electronic warfare? Admiral Harris responded, saying that a $100 Billion investment toward outpacing China would improve our cyber capabilities and prevent future intrusions like we saw with the Chines Spy Balloon.
Levying hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars towards national security—or any cause for that matter—must be directed towards a meaningful cause with a clear objective. Reassurance of zero intrusions from China sounds a lot better than sending $100 Billion to Ukraine.

Furthermore, Rob Garcia, a newly elected congressman, uses the excuse that illegal immigrants are in a state of desperation to justify keeping our borders open. However, Rep. Garcia overlooks the fact that if we keep the U.S.-Mexico border wide open, we will find ourselves in a state of despair far greater than what we currently have.
