In addition to being a legal expert, Gerhardt has served as the only joint witness in the impeachment proceedings against President Clinton and one of four constitutional law scholars to testify in the impeachment proceedings of President Trump. MAR 11 | 6:30 p.m. Elizabeth Cady Stanton: An American Life with Lori Ginzberg In advance of the opening of the National Constitution Center's forthcoming exhibit on the 19th Amendment in June, scholar and Center Member Lori Ginzberg discusses her book Elizabeth Cady Stanton: An American Life. Ginzberg takes both a critical and admiring look at arguably one of the most important figures of the early women's rights movement and explores Stanton's contributions and mixed legacy.
