Friend,
We're a
month into the new session, and George Santos is still in office. We
know he lied about everything from his resumé to his campaign
finances. His constituents have shown up en masse to ask him to
resign, and even New York Republicans have joined the call.
And in the
last week alone we learned he was arrested in Pennsylvania for writing
bad checks to Amish dog breeders and he’s being accused of sexual
harassment by a former staffer. At this point, I don’t think we know a
single truth about George Santos — except everything that he says is
likely a lie.
Despite it
all, Kevin McCarthy isn’t just protecting him, but is allowing him to
have access to classified information — putting some of our most
sensitive secrets in the hands of a serial and habitual liar. It's a
disgrace, and I won't stand for it. Add
your name to tell McCarthy to expel Santos if you
agree:

Members of Congress have access to
confidential information, and the decisions we make have real
consequences for millions of people. Santos has shown himself to be
untrustworthy in every way — and yet he is still privy to it
all.
He's not someone I would trust with much of
anything, let alone with highly sensitive information. He
has no place in Congress, and it's time for McCarthy to expel
him.
Best, Ted
P.S. If McCarthy won’t expel him, then he
should at least allow the House to vote on it. I am one of
the original supporters of this effort in the House. Will
you join my calls to end George Santos’ congressional
career?
