Hello folks!
For those of you who are new to Texas's 4th District, my name is Congressman Pat Fallon, and I am proud to represent you in Congress.
Earlier this month, I introduced articles of impeachment for the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alexandro Mayorkas. Time and time again, his policies have demonstrated that he is unfit to lead the Department of Homeland Security.
Under the leadership of Secretary Mayorkas: - There have been 20 straight months with over 150,000 illegal border crossings.
- Inadmissible aliens arriving in the United States were mass released in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
- Over 14,000 pounds of poisonous fentanyl was seized at the southern border.
- 98 individuals on the Terrorist Screening Database were apprehended at the southern border.
- And much more.
Due to Secretary Mayorkas' massive policy failures at the border, I filed the following three articles of impeachment:
In his conduct while Secretary of Homeland Security of the United States, Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, in violation of his constitutional oath, engaged in a pattern of conduct that is incompatible with his duties as an Officer of the United States. In his conduct while Secretary of Homeland Security of the United States, Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, in violation of his constitutional oath, willfully provided perjurious, false, and misleading testimony to Congress. In his conduct while Secretary of Homeland Security of the United States, Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas knowingly slandered his own hardworking Border Patrol agents and mislead the general public.
Secretary Mayorkas's policy actions are the number one reason for the mass unlawful immigration into our country, and MUST be stopped. It's time to restore order to our southern border.

We are so excited to welcome you into Texas' Fourth Congressional District. The district is comprised of all or part of 12 counties (Bowie, Collin, Delta, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hopkins, Hunt, Lamar, Rains, Red River, and Rockwall) and spans across the North East corner of the Lone Star State. |

Congressman Pat Fallon Reintroduces the Family Integrity to Reform Elections (FIRE) Act As first reported by The Daily Caller, Congressman Pat Fallon (TX-04) recently introduced The Family Integrity to Reform Elections (FIRE) Act. Current law allows for candidates to pay their immediate family members at market rates for a bona fides service to their campaign. However, this loophole has allowed for millions of dollars to flow out campaigns and into the bank accounts of the candidate's family members with little proof they are contributing.
