President Biden released his new WOTUS, or Waters of the United States, rule last week, and his overreach will impact thousands of American farms.

Every farmer and rancher needs access to water, but under President Biden’s new rule, these farmers and ranchers will be under threat by the federal government.

The Supreme Court is hearing a case on the matter, but instead of waiting for their ruling, the Biden administration went ahead and weaponized the EPA.

It rushed the new rule and threw a wrench into thousands of livelihoods, just to get ahead of the Supreme Court.

Kelly knows who feeds and fuels our nation, and he refuses to sit back as hard-working Americans get put last. We need our agriculture industry, and while President Biden’s policies continue to hurt it, Kelly needs you to pitch in and fight back against federal overreach.
