​​The Florida Senate passed Senate Bill 4B, a proposal that would expand the jurisdiction of the Office of Statewide Prosecution so it can more successfully prosecute crimes investigated by the Office of Election Crimes and Security. A Pennsylvania court rejected a request from Republican lawmakers seeking to force the Pennsylvania Department of State to provide them with personal voter information as part of an investigation into the 2020 election. [link removed]
