It is we, your fellow Buzzkills, AKA Lizz, Moji and Marie, and we have absolutely shocking news to report, are you ready?

Tennessee has one of the creepiest abortion bans in the country AND it’s cutting millions of dollars in HIV funding. BUT SOMEHOW AT THE SAME TIME the governor has been able to find $100 million in taxpayer money to throw at fake clinics that lie to and hurt pregnant people. 

We are sorry if you need a moment on your fainting couch, but sometimes the news is shocking like that.

Good news is, joining us is Rev. Dr. Elise Saulsberry, director of programming at the Memphis-based Reproductive Justice organization, SisterReach. She will give us first hand knowledge about how that Tennessee BULLSHIT above is harming folks. Plus, Elise explains how to talk about abortion and Reproductive Justice from a faith-based perspective.

And Of course, we have amazing guests to help us wade through the muck. Comedian, author, podcaster and all-around polymath, Jean Grae is here to share exactly the kinds of affirmations that spark joy for a Feminist Buzzkill. What does that mean? Listen and find out!
