Friend -- Today, we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. -- a man who sacrificed everything in the fight for equality. His legacy and impact are undeniable. And now, over 50 years later, we still have so much to learn from him. Every day on the news, we are bombarded by stories of hate and intolerance -- all across the country, even here in our own backyard. Though MLK left this world and this country better than he found it, we've still got a long way to go. Now it's on us to continue the work of Dr. King and all those who fought for civil rights for all, not just today but every day. Let's commit ourselves to fight for equality, love, and hope.
