We have big news to share, John: the Cook Political Report has released their initial race ratings for the upcoming election cycle, and our district is listed as one of the most competitive in the nation.

The good news is that these national experts recognize the strength of our historic campaign that flipped this district BLUE last year. But in a historically RED region like ours, we can’t take anything for granted – and we know that Republicans are already targeting this seat in their efforts to retain control of the House. We need to start building a strong foundation right away if we’re going to re-elect Hillary and keep her in Congress fighting for the issues that matter most to West Michiganders.
