Dear John,
In politics, it’s results that matter. One Nation members can take huge pride in the fact their elected MPs have been racking up some very impressive results.
- One Nation’s COVID-19 Vaccination Status (Prevention of Discrimination) Bill 2022 will feature in a Senate inquiry that will report to Parliament in June. Those who have been discriminated against can have their voices heard.
- Our New South team is making incredible inroads during their election campaign. A sense is emerging that NSW One Nation has considerable momentum.
- After a concerted effort from our Federal MPs, Senators Hanson and Roberts, The World Health Organisation will remain an advisory body. Dystopian demands, such as allowing the WHO to make binding health orders overriding state and federal control, have been thrown out.
- The Prime Minister has been forced to change tactics on the ‘Voice’ proposal after a barrage of criticism, including from One Nation, over the proposal’s lack of detail. Reports have surfaced that the PM may release further Voice details and even allow a funded ‘yes’ and ‘no’ campaign.
Most commentators agree that when Pauline Hanson and her MPs speak other leaders listen. Leaders listen because they know that when One Nation MPs speak, they do so for the people, from a place of reason. We need your ongoing support to keep the pressure up and win these battles.
Kind regards,
Damian Huxham
