Our rights are on the line, again.
Overturning Roe v. Wade was just the beginning for the anti-abortion movement in the United States—their goal is to ban abortion nationwide. Because of your support, the Center for Reproductive Rights is fighting back, but we need you in this fight. [[link removed]]

Your support has impact across the U.S., like in Kansas where the Center secured a victory with a state court ruling that doctors can provide medication abortion via telemedicine.
Medication abortion accounts for more than half of the abortions in the U.S., and it's clear that access to medication abortion is the next battle front in the fight for reproductive rights.
Anti-abortion groups are currently suing the FDA over its initial approval of mifepristone, one of the drugs used in medication abortion. Filed in a federal district court in Texas, the lawsuit is seeking to revoke FDA approval of mifepristone and remove it from the market nationwide. If the court grants the plaintiffs' request, access to medication abortion would end across the country—even in those states where abortion rights are protected.
The Center is watching this case and preparing for the worst outcome. A decision could come as early as late February, and could amount to a nationwide ban on medication abortion in the United States.
This lawsuit may have an even greater impact on reproductive rights than the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade . Will you commit to the fight today? [[link removed]]
