Hi friend,
As a businessman, I never made a deal unless I knew it would pay off.
Right now, Californians are getting a bad deal.
Homelessness is one of the most pressing issues in our state. I hear about it often on the campaign trail — and I can see it for myself around Orange County.
California's spending on the housing crisis has increased from around $515 million in 2018 to around $4.6 billion this year, and what do we taxpayers have to show for it? The homeless population in our state has increased.
Our state government is pouring billions of dollars into addressing this crisis, but we still haven’t seen any improvement.
Our state representatives are failing us.
We can’t keep throwing money at a problem and expecting it to change. We need to coordinate on the federal, state, and local levels to make real progress. This will be one of my top priorities in Congress, and I'll work nonstop to ensure that Californians finally get a good deal as we tackle the affordable housing crisis.
I’m running for Congress because folks in Orange County deserve better — but keeping this seat blue is going to be tough in this ultra-competitive district. Can I count on you to chip in now?
