The Communists are spying on you, and we're taking urgent action.

China's spy balloon collected sensitive intel on our nuclear bases for the Chinese Communist Party. And for days, Biden did nothing.

Biden's weakness in the face of our greatest adversary, China, has made us a laughingstock.

But there is now a far greater national security threat being posed by China – TikTok. Our own Senior Counsel for Global Affairs (and former Secretary of State) Mike Pompeo says it best, "TikTok isn't just viral videos, it's a dangerous Chinese Communist Party virus." Others have called it "digital fentanyl." And it's in the pockets of millions of Americans, targeting our kids.

China is spying on millions of Americans through this dangerous app. All the data – from keystrokes to biometric information – it collects on U.S. phones, by law in China, goes directly to the Chinese Communist Party. We must ban China's spy app TikTok.

The ACLJ has assembled a team of experts, including former Secretary of State Pompeo and former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell. We've mobilized our Office of Government Affairs on Capitol Hill, coordinating with congressional leaders. And our sister organization ACLJ Action has launched a massive letter-writing campaign to Congress.

We are confronting the growing Chinese Communist contagion – spying on Americans and nuclear facilities, infiltrating our universities, and manipulating our economy. We are ready to go to court if needed, but we can only expose and defeat the threat China poses with your Tax-Deductible support.
