Congresswoman McCollum was on the floor of the U.S. House as President Biden delivered his State of the Union address earlier this week.

There are always challenges, but the state of the Union is strong! The U.S. economy is resilient and showing its strength because of President Biden's leadership and the historic accomplishments of Democrats in Congress. Inflation has fallen for six months straight, wages continue to rise and the last two years have been the strongest jobs growth in U.S history. We haven't seen unemployment numbers this low since 1969. Last month alone 517,000 jobs were created! This is all good news for our families and workers across the country.
