Kathy Hochul is coming for your gas stove. In her State of the State address,
she proposed…

* Banning all gas appliances and heating for newly constructed small
buildings by 2025 and newly built large buildings by 2028.

* Prohibiting the sale of gas appliances and heating equipment for
single-family homes starting in 2030.
What does this mean for you?


No more gas stoves, appliances, furnaces, or generators to be sold after 2030.
If your furnace or gas stove breaks down, you will have to replace it with a
costly electrical one.
