New Study Shows That Power Plate Technology Helps Metabolism/Muscle, Even At Easiest Settings

An [interesting study]([link removed]) was published in March of 2022 by a group of medical researchers at Augusta University in Georgia. 

The study was done on a [Power Plate pro5]([link removed]), and looked at metabolism, inflammation and muscle. 

The study joins (and references) numerous other studies exploring the benefits of Whole Body Vibration.

One important new finding of this study was that Whole Body Vibration helped improve glucose metabolism in the body, and also helped muscles get oxygen.
