VAYD Lobby Day

In lieu of the security concerns, our traditional Lobby Day was moved from January 20 to February 3. Those under age 35 make up the largest voting block in the Country! This means we have leverage and the capacity to hold our elected officials accountable. Our voice must be heard and our priorities must be reflected in the actions of the General Assembly. Join your fellow Young Democrats for the annual lobby day and help us push our 2020 agenda.

VAYD Convention | March 27-29| Alexandria

The 2020 VAYD convention will be held in Northern Virginia. The Alexandria Young Democrats will be hosting and we are sure to expect a great time. Young Democrats chapters from across the Commonwealth will be coming to our neck of the woods. The VAYD convention is our annual organizational election, training, and social event. Mark your calendars today!
