Hi friends,

Next week, on February 14th and 15th, the 15 youth plaintiffs in La Rose v. His Majesty the King will head to court for a virtual hearing. Over the course of two days, attorneys for these young Canadians, with the support of Our Children’s Trust, will present before a panel of Federal Court of Appeal judges via online conference, arguing that the plaintiffs’ case should proceed to trial.
