During the 2022 midterms, the GOP showed their hand. Candidates ran on platforms of theatrical and baseless impeachment threats and a flood of “investigations” – all of which will ONLY serve to waste resources, time, and lots of taxpayer money.
Now that the GOP has control of the U.S. House, the pomp and circumstance has begun. A "Weaponization of the Federal Government" subcommittee has been formed and hearings have begun to try and prove the federal government has been weaponized — specifically against conservatives.
Americans are not fooled: 56% see this subcommittee and its hearings as "an attempt to score political points" rather than a legitimate investigation.
