In his fiery speech, he exposed Republican demands to cut social safety net programs, unveiled a new Billionaires Minimum Income Tax, supported Medicare being able to negotiate lower drug prices, called for an insulin price cap of $35 for all Americans, and more.

But with extreme Republicans eager to block bills in the House, Biden will need to use the power of the presidency to get things done ahead of 2024.
