THE WEEK'S BIG 3

A neo-Nazi couple allegedly plotted to attack five energy substations in the Baltimore area, hoping to “completely destroy this whole city,” according to the Department of Justice. Podcaster Joe Rogan defended a tweet by Rep. Ilhan Omar that claimed support for Israel in Congress was 'all about the Benjamins.' Rogan stated that the idea of Jews not liking money is 'ridiculous' and compared it to saying Italians aren't into pizza. Police in suburban Atlanta are investigating after residents reported finding flyers with antisemitic imagery and messaging in their driveways.

Joe Rogan Draws Backlash For Antisemitic Comments

“Joe Rogan, the host of Spotify’s biggest podcast, drew backlash for antisemitic remarks this week — the latest in his history of using his massive platform to make controversial comments that have spanned Covid-19 misinformation and racial slurs. Rogan is no stranger to sparking online outrage for making offensive comments and spreading misinformation on his podcast. He’s hosted a number of controversial figures, including members of the Proud Boys, former Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos, and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones. ” Forbes:

“Police in two Atlanta suburbs are on the hunt for a suspect or suspects that left antisemitic fliers on some residents' driveways on Sunday, authorities said.
