John, the news coming out of Türkiye, also referred to as Turkey, and Syria is harrowing. More than 19,000 are now confirmed dead, and the death toll is climbing. Many more are trapped or injured. And more still are displaced in the rain, snow and freezing temperatures, unsure of how to find shelter and basic necessities.
While there are still many unknowns about the full scope of this disaster, we know that the road to recovery will be long, and families are in desperate need of your help.
