Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity returns this February for another brilliant week celebrating Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths with interactive and fun, free family events across Nottinghamshire.

Discover and learn about the wonders of science with exciting activities at one of our Science Fun Days, taking place in the following libraries:

Reading Well - books to support children and young people's mental health

This week is Children?s Mental Health Awareness Week, so we wanted to highlight the Reading Well collections for Children and Teens, available in our libraries.

The collections are designed to help children and teens to explore a range of topics from emotions and feelings through to grief, anxiety and specific mental health conditions.

Coder Dojos

A Dojo is a free, community-based programming club for anyone aged 7 to 17 to come learn to code, build a website, or create an app or game!

Run by our expert staff and volunteers,?Dojo's are a space for young people to explore technology in an informal, creative, safe and social environment.

Sessions have started at Bulwell Riverside Library, but it's not too late to join, so get those ninjas booked on now!
