Joe Biden isn’t satisfied using the ATF to circumvent Congress and BAN
millions of pistols using the “assault weapons”-type ban on short barrels in
the National Firearms Act of 1934.


During Tuesday's State of the Union Address, he DEMANDED that Congress SHRED
the Second Amendment by banning all so-called assault weapons “once and for
all.”


🚨Now, the anti-gun Brady campaign is launching a pressure campaign to try and
force the Senate to pass Dianne Feinstein’s tyrannical bill (S.25) that would
arbitrarily BAN millions of these commonly-owned firearms.


Remember: last year, 15 Republicans in the Senate and 14 Republicans in the
House stabbed us in the back by voting for gun control in the wake of two
tragic shootings.


We CANNOT allow that to happen again.


That’s why Gun Owners of America is already working to pressure weak-kneed
Senate Republicans to OPPOSE this latest assault on your God-given rights.

James Brady helped then-Senator Joe Biden craft the original assault weapons
ban.


Now, the gun-hating radicals at his Foundation are carrying on his legacy by
trying to ram this bill through the Senate in any way they can.


Facts and logic mean NOTHING to these gun-grabbers.


During his address, Biden recounted the recent shooting in Monterey Park and
used it to try and justify his assault on your Second Amendment rights.


But he missed the most important takeaway from that tragic event: California
ALREADY has an “assault weapons” ban – and it FAILED to prevent it.


In fact, Biden’s “assault weapons” ban would actually enable mass shootings
by taking firearms out of the hands of law-abiding gun owners who could stop
future would-be mass shooters.


But of course, that doesn’t matter to these virulent anti-gunners. Banning
“assault weapons” is only a first step towards their ultimate goal…


…which is to DESTROY the Second Amendment and leave you COMPLETELY DISARMED.


With Biden and the Brady Foundation launching an all-out assault on our Second
Amendment rights, it’s more important than ever for you to contact your
Senators and make your voice heard.


Biden’s push for banning commonly-owned firearms during his State of the
Union address makes this call for gun control a more serious threat.
