Did you learn about Article V when you were in school?
If you’re like most people, the answer is probably no — or if you’re lucky, you did a quick skim of it while reading the U.S. Constitution in civics class.
So it’s no surprise that most people aren’t aware that the Founding Fathers gave the states the authority and responsibility to propose Amendments through a Convention of States as their last check and balance on federal power.
As Mark Levin has taken to calling it, “Convention of States is the ONLY solution as big as our nation’s problems.”
