John,

The House impeachment managers have been named, and guess what: they are the same folks who shredded the Constitution with a complete lack of due process in the House hearings.

It's led by Chairman Schiff, who lied about his committee's contact with the Deep State whistleblower, and Chairman Nadler, who now claims "the Senate is on trial."

That's just constitutionally flat wrong.

But that's what this whole process has been - shredding the Constitution on live TV before the American people.

At the ACLJ, we've been defending the Constitution for decades. We're engaged in courts across the nation. We're battling the Deep State in numerous cases in federal court. We're just weeks away from forcing the FBI to turn over documents on Comey's spies in the White House.

We can defend the Constitution from these relentless assaults, but we urgently need you to stand with us.

Sign Our Petition: Defend the Constitution. Don't Shred It.
