Medicare caps insulin costs at $35 a month. Can Biden get that price for all Americans?
"Insulin is a life-saving drug that costs 10 times more in the U.S. than anywhere else. President Biden is calling to extend an insulin price cap to all Americans in his State of the Union address."

John,
Last year, Matt and his Democratic colleagues in Congress passed the Inflation Reduction Act, which included a $35 per month cap on insulin for seniors.
This was a huge step toward lowering prescription drug costs for thousands of Americans, but we have more work to do. Prescription drug costs are substantially higher in the United States than in other comparable nations, so we need to take action.
Earlier this week during his State of the Union address, President Biden called for even more action to ensure every person can afford the medication they need – including extending this insulin cap to every American.
Matt believes no person should have to choose between putting food on the table and paying for the medication they need to live and thrive. He's ready to get back to work and pass more legislation to lower prescription drug costs, but he wants to know if you have his back.
If you agree with Matt that we need to pass legislation to keep lowering prescription drug costs for all Americans, add your name now →
Thanks,
