Dear John, Thirty years ago, a few dedicated people challenged themselves to find a solution to a growing problem called Alzheimer's disease. Not many knew much about it at the time, and I felt something big was missing. I needed to dig deeper. ARPF was born out of the motivation to change the landscape around brain health. We've always believed more can be done to protect and maintain your mind, body, and soul. That's exactly what the research has proven to show. Now, we challenge you to join us for a month-long celebration around the 4 Pillars of Prevention® with our Brain Longevity Challenge. Challenges help you discover new skills, jump into new experiences, and boost your well-being. Embracing new challenges gives you the chance to grow. In honor of our 30th Anniversary, let's come together and remember the reasons why this community has come so far and all it's accomplished. All throughout March, join us for live meditations, yoga, a cooking demonstration, exercises, games, prizes, and more! As a gift, you'll receive the downloadable ARPF Cookbook with your registration. Thank you for an incredible 30 years of progress! REGISTER March 1st – March 30th Week 1: Kirtan Kriya - We will meet daily to meditate with Kirtan Kriya, just like we've been doing for the last 2 years. (All levels welcome.) Week 2: Food - ARPF will send you an email each morning with brain-healthy recipes and we will have a live cooking class. Week 3: Physical and Mental Exercise - Each day you will receive downloads and videos of exercises that help you stay healthy - both physically and mentally. Week 4: Spiritual Fitness - We will conclude the month with different daily meditations/activities that help nurture your spiritual fitness. Every Thursday we'll meet via Zoom to check in and offer resources, motivation, and prizes. We are so excited to celebrate with you. This Challenge is a fundraiser to honor the last 30 years of progress. Your registration fee of $1/day ensures that we can continue to offer these programs.
