Friend,
Last night, the President delivered his second State of the Union, where he laid out all we've accomplished since he took office and squared up for the work ahead. My progressive colleagues and I have worked closely with the Biden Administration to deliver the largest climate bill in history, cut Medicare costs for seniors, and invest in the economy.
These are real accomplishments for working families — and I'm proud of what we've done so far. But like the President said, there is still work to do. We need to deliver on the rest of the Build Back Better agenda, including passing paid leave, universal child care, and bold housing investments. We're also still fighting to ensure the corporations and the ultra-wealthy pay their share and continuing to build an economy that works for all our communities.
Republicans on the other hand are interested in cutting reproductive rights, weakening our democracy, and holding critical programs like Medicare and Social Security hostage.
I know which agenda I'm fighting for. Are you with me? [[link removed]]

The last two years have shown us what's possible, and we're not slowing down.
Let's keep up the work,
