Our teams were on the ground within the first 12 hours after the earthquake, assisting survivors out of the rubble and directing people to medical services. With our partners, we've dispatched a K-9 search and rescue team, as well as mobilized emergency health kits, each with three months of critical medicines and supplies for 10,000 people.

Our emergency response teams are on the ground in Gaziantep, Turkey (Türkiye) the epicenter of a 7.8 magnitude earthquake. This is truly a once-in-a-generation natural disaster that has caused unimaginable devastation to the region. The aftershocks have been frequent and are causing survivors even more stress and anxiety.

Temperatures are dropping below freezing and families are now without electricity and gas -- even those who are fortunate enough to still have a home and roof over their heads are struggling to stay warm.
