Bradley,

I'm a mom
of four boys from the Western Slope of Colorado who decided to
run for Congress in 2019 after Beto O'Rourke came to Colorado to
push his gun-grabbing rhetoric on us.
I made
headlines when I confronted Beto and told him "Hell no, you're
not taking my guns."

We ran an
insurgency campaign on the backs of hard-working grassroots
patriots like you, and I unseated a ten-year incumbent RINO in
the primary and then, despite being outspent nearly 2-1, went on
to defeat my Democrat opponent in November of 2020.

In my
first term in Congress, I took the DC Swamp head on. I was Nancy
Pelosi's strongest adversary as she tried to ram through her
extreme liberal agenda.

Here are
just a few highlights from my first term:

DRAINING THE SWAMP. I led the charge to ban earmarks, introduced
a bill to defund Biden's "Ministry of Truth," and successfully
kept Biden from moving the BLM headquarters from Colorado.

STOPPING PELOSI. Voted against Pelosi's ridiculous $1.5 trillion
spending bill that no one even had time to read.

SECOND AMENDMENT. I cosponsored the Defending Veterans' Second
Amendment Rights Act to stop the VA from giving details about
veterans over to NICS. I also filed an amicus brief defending the
2A before the Supreme Court in the case of New York State Rifle
and Pistol Association v. Bruen.

BORDER SECURITY. I introduced legislation to designate fentanyl
as a weapon of mass destruction to stop the flow of fentanyl into
our communities.

Before
serving in Congress, I founded and ran Shooters Grill in Rifle,
Colorado, where my staff proudly open carried as they served
their customers. When Colorado's liberal Governor tried to shut
down small businesses across the state, I took a stand against
tyranny and kept our business open while operating safely and
taking every precaution to keep our staff and our patrons
healthy.

Our
second term has been quite the ride. I stood with 19 fearless
conservatives to make sure we got a Speaker who will unify our
party behind the core principles I was elected to stand up for -
and we fundamentally changed the direction of our country.

Because
of our work on the rules package, we now have the tools in place
to ensure that the Speaker says NO to the Democrats' crazy
left-wing agenda; one who will unite all Republicans in the name
of border security, support for the Second Amendment, increasing
American energy production, term limits and many other key
issues.

I was
then selected to serve on the House Oversight Committee, where
we're bringing accountability back to Washington by tackling the
investigations that have fallen by the wayside over the past four
years.

This
means investigating:

Hunter Biden
The
crisis at the border
The
weaponization of the FBI
Big
Tech censorship
Covid
fraud
The
Energy Crisis

Biden's botched Afghanistan surrender

Needless
to say, we've got our work cut out for us. There are so many
issues that need to be addressed after four years of failed
Democratic leadership.

With that
in mind, I want to hear from you! What issues do you think we
should be focusing on in 2023?

I know
that, if we come together, we can bring real, substantive change
to how things are run in Washington DC. Heck, we already have! We
just need to keep our foot on the gas.
For
Freedom,

Lauren
Boebert

Congresswoman, 3rd Congressional District of Colorado
