I want to thank everyone in this community for helping get our grassroots organization off to a strong start for the next election cycle.
In February, we celebrate Black History Month -- a time to recognize the achievements of Black Ameircans and how far we’ve come as a country in our pursuit of justice and equality for all.
It’s also a time to reflect on what still needs to be done to build a more perfect union -- like combating discrimination at the ballot box and closing racial disparities in wealth, education, housing, and health care.
In order to continue advancing progress, we must win back the House Majority next year. I know we can do it because with the support of people like you, John, Democrats outperformed expectations last year in an election with historic headwinds.
Those victories were the product of months of organizing, preparation, and of course, fundraising, and that’s what it’ll take to win in 2024 and flip the House. John, I’m so grateful I can count on your support as we prepare for the fights still to come.
