The Susan B Anthony List — a political group dedicated to electing members
of Congress who don’t support abortion — just endorsed a Democratic member
of Congress for re-election.

That Democrat in name only is Dan Lipinski. He singlehandedly gives
bipartisan cover to Republicans by chairing the “Pro-Life Caucus” as a
member of the Democratic Party. He was also recently one of only two
Democrats to join members of the Republican Caucus in signing a letter
questioning the legality of Roe v. Wade in the Supreme Court.

It’s pretty clear not all Democrats are the same. But the DCCC still
chooses to protect incumbents like Dan Lipinski rather than progressive
champions like our Justice Democrat challenging him, Marie Newman.

Marie will be a fierce fighter for protecting reproductive healthcare in
Congress and with the primary election quickly approaching in less than 60
days, we need to do everything we can to make sure Marie wins on Election
Day.
