Demand Justice was founded on the idea that progressives need to build a movement to reclaim our courts, a movement strong enough to go up against the GOP’s long-standing, pro-corporate, racist, sexist, nativist, and homophobic court takeover. We have been honing our strategy since we were founded in 2018, and we’ve always known that taking back the courts depends on people like you.

This movement is only as strong as its supporters, so we want to make sure you’re included in our planning. Before we ask you to sign another petition, attend another protest, or organize to take back the courts, we want to make sure you have an opportunity to hear more about the plan directly from Demand Justice’s co-founders. We’re not going to ask you for another dollar or to give more of your time to this movement before you’ve had a chance to ask us about where Demand Justice is headed.
