Attachments are vital pieces to any funding application. Every solicitation from the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) will outline the attachments required to be included in an application submission.
To be successful in your OJP grant application, it is important to include all required attachments.
For example, every OJP applicant ? other than an individual applying in their? capacity ? is required to submit the OJP Financial Management and System of Internal Controls Questionnaire as part of their application.
This questionnaire helps OJP evaluate any potential financial risks associated with an applicant as part of the pre-award risk assessment process. Applicants are advised to have financial staff most familiar with their financial systems complete the questionnaire.
To locate, download, and learn more about the questionnaire, visit the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide.
The Resource Guide details every attachment required for application. Before applying, review the Resource Guide to ensure you include the proper attachments with your application.
