Biden's DOJ and FBI raided and arrested pro-lifers on bogus charges (a jury already threw out one case). Federal buildings are ejecting Christian kids for their pro-life attire. And now Biden's HHS and FDA are violating federal law by allowing deadly abortion pills to be sent through the U.S. mail and pharmacies nationwide.

The unregulated dispensing of abortion pills is not only deadly for babies but also very dangerous for women. They've been compared to human pesticide.

At the ACLJ, we've expanded our pro-life work to every state in the nation. We're battling in federal appeals court over Planned Parenthood's sales of aborted babies' body parts. We're filing in numerous state Supreme Courts to defend abortion bans.

We JUST filed a major lawsuit against the federal Smithsonian for kicking out pro-life kids, and we're about to file another lawsuit against the National Archives for doing the same thing on the same day.

TODAY we are sending legal letters to both the DOJ and HHS over the illegal expansion of deadly abortion pills. We're working with a state on a potential lawsuit, and Friday we're filing in a lawsuit against the FDA.

As we go to court to defend life and defeat abortion, we need you to take action with us.
