In an exclusive interview with Rachel Maddow earlier this week, Lev Parnas broke his silence for the first time in the impeachment proceedings, saying, “President Trump knew exactly what was going on” in Ukraine.

“He was aware of all my movements. I wouldn’t do anything without the consent of Rudy Giuliani, or the president. I have no intent, I have no reason to speak to any of these officials,” Parnas told Maddow.

And John Bolton says he’ll testify in the Senate trial if subpoenaed.

But Mitch McConnell has repeatedly said he’s coordinating with the White House, that the impeachment is a sham, and that Democrats should have NO SAY in a fair trial, and McConnell is STILL REFUSING to call ANY witnesses in the Senate impeachment trial.

And as Slate reports, “As more evidence pours out, Mitch McConnell’s position becomes increasingly untenable.”
