Joe Biden Should Be Embarrassed By That Chinese Spy Balloon <[link removed]> - The president looks as serious about the protecting the sanctity of American airspace as he is about securing the border. For the Administration, this is
as much a political issue as it is a security issue. The initial response downplayed the incident. Apparently, Biden said just shoot the thing down—and the Pentagon said hold on, maybe not. By mid-morning, however, when the administration figured out that the incursion was unsettling to Americans, they decided this was a big deal after all. Things then shifted, with Secretary Blinken cancelling or postponing a planned trip to Beijing. China’s response to the incident is equally troubling. Beijing appears to assume that Americans are just stupid. They assert the balloon is a civilian weather-tracking aircraft—a claim that is clearly nonsense <[link removed]>. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is playing our leaders for fools. Heritage Expert: Jim Carafano <[link removed]>
FDA Lacks Authority to Approve Abortion Pills, Claims
First-of-Its-Kind Lawsuit. The Left Is Apoplectic <[link removed]> - In the lawsuit, the plaintiffs—a coalition of national medical associations and doctors experienced in caring for pregnant and post-abortive women—have requested that the court find the FDA’s approval of the pill and its years of subsequent loosening of restrictions on its use to be unlawful. They have requested that the court order the FDA to withdraw its approval of the drug. Heritage Expert: Sarah Parshall Perry <[link removed]>
Female Swimmer Who
Competed Against Male Will Attend State of the Union, Force Biden to Acknowledge He Has Said ‘I Don’t Matter’ <[link removed]> - Swimmer and women’s sports advocate Riley Gaines <[link removed]> will be one of faces President Joe Biden will see in the crowd as he delivers his second State of the Union address Tuesday night.  “I think my presence here gives a face for Joe Biden to look at and tell me,… in my eyes with me being in the room, that I don’t matter,” Gaines told The Daily Signal, adding “because at this point, that’s essentially what he’s saying, is that biological women, our feelings, our existence, it doesn’t matter. We simply exist to validate the feelings and the identity of a man.” Heritage Expert: Virginia Allen <[link removed]>

The Case for Impeachment of Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas Secretary of Homeland Security <[link removed]> - Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas has
been deaf to the voice of Americans, blind to the chaos and consequences of his policies and actions in violating the law, and untruthful in his statements to Congress and the American people. Secretary Mayorkas has intentionally undermined the sovereign interests of the United States by evading or violating the law and embracing policies he was warned would result in disaster. As Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, he bears responsibility for this catastrophic failure. It is time for him to resign or be removed from office—for the protection and good of the men and women of the Department of Homeland Security and the American people and for the preservation of national sovereignty. Is Biden’s Pentagon a warfighting organization? Amid China threat, you have to wonder <[link removed]> - In a recent memo, Gen. Michael A. Minihan, commander of the U.S. Air Force’s Air Mobility Command, said he has a "gut feeling" that the U.S. will be at war with China in 2025. Written to the men and women under his command, it was clearly meant to spur them to "attain higher readiness, integration, and agility" deemed necessary to win in such a fight. Minihan’s blunt talk, aggressive instructions to his troops, and sense of urgency differs starkly from the Biden administration’s approach to the threat posed by China <[link removed]>. Heritage Expert: Dakota Wood <[link removed]>
