Tonight, we will hear the State of the Union address. President Biden will discuss the major accomplishments — many of them bipartisan — of the last Congress and will lay out his plans for 2023.

The president is going to be laying out his priorities, but Team Sharice wants to hear from you: We’re looking for 1,000 of our supporters to take the 2023 State of the Union Survey before the speech commences tonight to tell us about the issues you want Sharice to work on. Answer here: [[link removed]]TAKE THE SURVEY [[link removed]]

Sharice has invited Jessica Kidd, a recent graduate of the Johnson County Community College Commercial Driver’s License program, to attend the speech with her tonight. This invitation highlights the women who are making a career and supporting their families in trucking.

Sharice helped lead a series of bipartisan laws to improve infrastructure, supply chains, domestic manufacturing, and more across the finish line — and Kansans like Jessica will now benefit from the newly created jobs in these strengthened industries.

And she is proud to have introduced bipartisan legislation that supports women entering the trucking industry.

To ensure we’re always fighting for you, Team Sharice wants to hear about the issues you’re focused on. Before tonight’s speech, please take our 2023 State of the Union Survey so we know your priorities: [[link removed]]
