They are an extreme dark money group that funnels MILLIONS of dollars into Republican campaigns so they can elect right-wing judges. They spent nearly $15 million to push through the confirmations of Trump’s anti-choice Supreme Court nominees, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

Make no mistake, one of the top priorities for Judicial Crisis Network is overturning Roe v. Wade and banning abortion nationwide.

They’ve also funneled millions of dollars into the Republican Attorneys General Association, and they’re a big reason why our Democratic candidates were outspent in critical elections in 2019.

Now that we’ve made an historic commitment to protecting reproductive rights by only endorsing AG candidates who will protect abortion access, groups like Judicial Crisis Network are going to double down on their efforts to defeat Democratic AGs.
