February 7, 2023 [ [link removed] ] - 20003-217-EA-23 (Record No. 17232) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission's (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (Cheyenne Light or the Company) for authority to decrease its Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) by $0.03149 per kilowatt hour (kWh), as more fully described below.
