Tomorrow at 12:00PM, I will deliver my annual budget address to the Connecticut General Assembly and present them with a budget proposal that is focused on two goals: economic growth and inclusive opportunity.
This includes growing the economy from the inside out through middle-class tax cuts, investments in young families, education, workforce development, housing, and infrastructure.
