Registration Is Open and Scholarship Opportunities Are Still Available!
On behalf of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the oldest and largest Latino civil rights organization in the United States, we invite you to participate at the 2023 Emerge Latino Conference in Washington D.C. The conference offers collegiate participants and young adults ages 18-29 from across the country an opportunity to receive valuable civic engagement and advocacy training; engage in public policy briefings on public health, education, technology, criminal justice and immigration; and have the opportunity to network with professionals.
The Emerge Latino Conference will take place from March 7-10, 2023. Registration closes on February 24, 2022. The Emerge Latino Conference workshops are accessible and FREE to all participants. LULAC is offering a scholarship opportunity for travel and/or lodging accommodations for those who need financial assistance. In addition to that there is a scholarship opportunity available for anyone who is interested in volunteering at the conference. The volunteer scholarship opportunity is open to anyone. The applications for both scholarship opportunities are due this Friday, February 10th, and notifications will be sent February 14, 2023.
