*Project description: *The proposed project will subdivide the 11.87-acre parcel into 4 single family residential lots. Each lot will have access to Peavey Lake (DNR No. 27-138) and allow for construction of docks and boat slips by future homeowners, with a total allowance of one watercraft per 50 feet of continuous shoreland for a total of up to 8 boats for the development. The project will also involve construction of a proposed roadway. One lot will require a future boardwalk to access the dock, which will traverse wetlands adjacent to Lake Minnetonka.*?*

**Notice description: *The City of Rosemount wishes to notify all interested parties, per Minn. Rule 7850.5300, of the availability of an Environmental Assessment (EA). Northern States Power (Xcel Energy) is proposing a 115 kV transmission line and associated facilities from the Inver Grove Substation at 105 Street East to a new substation on UMore land. The City of Rosemount is the local unit of government that has jurisdiction to conduct the environmental review and permit the proposed project. The EA will be available to view electronically at www.ci.rosemount.mn.us and during business hours at the following locations: Rosemount City Hall. The City of Rosemount will not make a final decision on the permit until at least 10 days after the notice appears in the EQB monitor. Individuals are encouraged to submit comments prior to 4:00 pm on February 17, 2023 to Anthony Nemcek at [email protected] or 2875 145th St W, Rosemount, MN 55068.

*Project description: *Northern States Power, a Minnesota Corporation (Xcel Energy) is proposing to erect, maintain, and operate the 115 kV Rosemount transmission line and associated facilities project. The project includes a new 115 kV transmission line, expansion of an existing substation, improvements at two remote substations, and a new substation. Associated activities include relocation of an existing 69 kV line to tie into the electrical grid, and removal of two 69 kV transmission lines that are no longer required.
