Black-led nonprofits — mostly based in Southern states — need help understanding and navigating the process of incorporating as a 501(c)(3) organization. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers may be barred in any state.

Join Effort to Combat Campus Sexual Violence ([link removed])
End Rape on Campus
Join the effort to end campus sexual violence by answering legal questions from students regarding their rights under Title IX and sexual violence prevention laws. This is a remote opportunity, and training is provided. Though the project lists states where the organization prefers lawyers be barred, lawyers from any state are welcome to volunteer.
