Bijou works overtime to help Elaine because VA-02 is one of the most competitive districts in the country, and it will take a lot of work to stay ahead of Elaine’s opponent, former Republican Congressman Scott Taylor -- whose campaign raised $4 million last election.
But Bijou knows she doesn’t make the magic happen all on her own and that Elaine has an incredible grassroots team that chips in when they can to make this campaign possible.
