Missouri Net News [link removed] Appointment Season Begins
It’s February, and announcements regarding appointments for Missouri Conference clergy are in full swing. Today’s announcement lists several retirements, including one from the cabinet. Pending clergy appointments are posted to the Missouri Conference website after local congregations have been informed about upcoming moves. . Clear Opens
This year during appointment announcements the Missouri Conference will also highlight “Clear Opens.” Clear opens are churches where it is publicly known that there will be a pastoral transition often due to retirement or a leave of absence. The Conference will publish clear opens on our website to allow Missouri Conference pastors and non-Missouri clergy an opportunity to express their interest in a particular appointment.
